Rudy Trebels has spent more than 4 decades in the U.S. real estate and financial industries. He has completed more than $1 billion in transactions serving more than 100 lenders and investors. He graduated from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa in business. He is a major benefactor to the campus and has served on the Drake University Board of Trustees since 2007. Rudy is also a major contributor to Boys Hope Girls Hope of Illinois where Rudy has actively served on the Board of Governors for 20 years.

During his 15+ year career in the finance industry, Brian has completed more than $250M in finance transactions. As a finance executive, Brian has specialized knowledge in structuring, compliance, documentation and funding. Brian studied business at Drake University. He is an active member of ELFA, NAELB and Vistage.
KEVIN BROZ
Managing Director
Kevin Broz has more than 3 decades of experience in commercial real estate finance, acquisitions/dispositions, asset management, and operations. He has closed in excess of $2 billion in transactions. In addition to his background in commercial and healthcare real estate, Kevin also co-founded, operated and sold two start-up healthcare ventures. Kevin graduated from the university of Missouri and is active in non-profit organizations in Chicago, as committee member as well as member of the board of directors of a mental health non-profit organization.
