He graduated from Drake University in De Moines, Iowa in business. He is a major benefactor to the campus and has served on theDrake University Board of Trustees since 2007. Rudy is also a major contributor to Boys Hope Girls Hope of Illinois where Rudy has actively served on the Board of Governors for 20 years.
During his 15+ year career in the finance industry, Brian has completed more than $250M in finance transactions. As a finance executive, Brian has specialized knowledge in structuring, compliance, documentation and funding. Brian studied Business at Drake University. He is an active member of ELFA, NAELB and Vistage.

Prior to joining Wedgewood Investment Group, Brad spent over 20 years in commercial banking with positions in relationship management and portfolio management in the Chicagoland area. Brad dealt with customers with needs from SBA lending all the way to Mid-Corp banking. In October 2018, Brad was honored to receive his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Brad graduated from Iowa State University, where he earned his business degree with a finance major.
Kevin Broz has more than 3 decades of experience in commercial real estate finance, acquisitions/dispositions, asset management, and operations. He has closed in excess of $2 billion in transactions. In addition to his background in commercial and healthcare real estate, Kevin also co-founded, operated and sold two start-up healthcare ventures. Kevin graduated from the university of Missouri and is active in non-profit organizations in Chicago, as committee member as well as member of the board of directors of a mental health non-profit organization.
Kathy Hoffman is the Executive Assistant at Wedgewood Investment Group. Prior to joining Wedgewood Investment Group, Kathy spent over 30 years in the international business sector as Vice President for an export management company and Export Sales Coordinator for a major golf company. She decided to change careers and join an industry that provided a new challenge where she could utilize her highly sought-after skills and talents to build and strengthen long lasting relationships.

Seacel began her financial career in 2007 with BMO Capital Markets within their investment and corporate banking divisions in Chicago. For more than 8 years, she has been a Senior Portfolio Manager in the Commercial Lending Division at FirstMerit Bank and First Midwest Bank, of which both positions carried a core focus in the senior living - healthcare sector. In 2016, Seacel joined Wedgewood Investment Group where she collaborates with deal originators to evaluate and prepare investor prospectus'.
